***Cancellation policy***

All spa packages are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your appointment if we are notified at least 3 days in advance of your scheduled date.

Guests aged 16 to 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when booking a spa experience.

Please note that during the summer months, our spa garden enjoys plenty of sunshine and can become quite a sun trap! We recommend bringing sun cream to stay protected while you relax
