All spa packages are non-refundable. However you may rescedule your appointment if we are notified at least 3 days in advance of your scheduled date.

Please note that during the summer months, our spa garden enjoys plenty of sunshine and can become quite a sun trap! We recommend bringing sun cream to stay protected while you relax
