***Cancellation policy***

All spa packages are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your appointment if we are notified at least 3 days in advance of your scheduled date.

Guests aged 16 to 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when booking a spa experience.

Spa packages on Fridays and Saturdays are subject to an additional charge.

Important package notice - 

 -April to November, Friday nights will be designated as Pizza Night, and only the pizza menu will be available.

-Burns night Saturday 24th January (special burns supper menu on this evening) 

-Valentines Saturday 14th (Valentines menu) 

The evening meal £25 food allowance per person still applies however prices on these selected dates will vary.
