Full Membership is a minimum subscription of 3 months.

Access to Gym, Pool, Spa

Booking swim times is required.

Key fob will be given to access all areas.

I know of no reason why I should not participate in an exercise programme, nor have I withheld any relevant
information.
 Should my health status change then I will inform the proprietors.
 I understand and enter into the exercise programme at my own risk, fully aware that aerobic and strenuous activity
could involve the risk of injury.
 I agree that the Club cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to property left on the premises.
 I understand that the Club advise users to consult their GP before embarking on a fitness programme.
 I agree to wear correct and suitable clothing on the premises.

Terms & Conditions of Private Members Club
 Absolute discretion is granted to the Club to reject any application for membership without giving any reason for such
rejection.
 The membership subscriptions shall be fixed by the Club and may be varied from time to time. Members will be notified of
any variations in the subscriptions.
 Memberships are not refundable or transferable.
 Joint membership applies to members of the same family only or partners residing together.
 Members are advised that they must not undertake any strenuous activity for which they might be medically unfit. Any
members who have reservations as to their physical condition are advised to have a medical examination.
 All members are required to inform us of any change in their health status after registration.
 Members must not use any of the facilities while under the influence of alcohol.
 We reserve absolute discretion as to the times which we are open. Any or all of our facilities may be closed at any time for the
purpose of cleaning, decorating, repairs or special functions, although notice will be posted in advance of these wherever
possible.
 The whole building is subject to a NO SMOKING
policy.
 Shoes that are used outside are not permitted in the gym and NO SHOES AT ALL are permitted in the pool changing area.
 All guests must be accompanied by a member and pay the appropriate guest fee. Guests are considered to be in the same
category as the Member pro tem. Members must accept responsibility for their guest’s behaviour and ensure that they abide
by the Rules of the Club. Members may only introduce the same guest a maximum of 6 times a year.
 Members and their guests use the swimming pool area at their own risk. No running is allowed in the pool area.
 All members must shower before they enter the pool. All items considered by the club to be hazardous, or detrimental to the
enjoyment of other pool users, are not permitted, in particular, lilos and balls.
 The Clubs liability for damage or loss to members’ property is strictly limited to any damage or loss suffered as a result of
the negligence of the Club, its staff or agents.
 With this exception, the club cannot accept liability for the safety of members’ property. We will accept no liability for cars
parked in the Club car parks or elsewhere on the premises of the Club.
 The Club cannot accept any liability for any accidents to any member or guest that may occur on the premises or within the grounds of the Club other than the liability which may arise from negligence of the Club, its staff or agents. Any member who suffers an accident on the Club premises or in the grounds must report the accident and the circumstances to the proprietors immediatley after the accident. 

Cancellation: You can not cancel within the first 3 months. To cancel within the 3 months you must notify us in the second month to end the contract at the end of month 3.

To cancel your membership, we require 30 days' written notice. Please submit your cancellation request via email or in writing to our membership team. The 30-day notice period will begin once we have received your cancellation request.

If you cancel within the 30-day window, you will be responsible for any applicable membership fees during that period. Cancellations made after the start of your next billing cycle will result in charges for that cycle.

Once cancelled please return your key fob.

Joining fee: This is a deposit for the key fob you will receive. If this is lost you will be charged £10 for a new one.
